How it works

Each supplier speaks its own protocol, with its own errors and its own idea of a price. Connector absorbs those differences behind one versioned contract.

Integrate one API

Create a sandbox key in the console and call the same endpoints for every supplier. Contracts are versioned per vertical: Hotels v1, Flights v1.

Search in parallel

Each request fans out to every supplier you're entitled to under one deadline. Every response reports what each supplier did, so a timeout never looks like "no availability".

Book with guarantees

Prebook confirms the price. Idempotency keys prevent double bookings. Ambiguous supplier outcomes are reconciled automatically before anyone rebooks.

Multi-supplier fan-out

Parallel search with per-supplier timeouts, bulkheads and circuit breakers. One slow supplier never stalls the rest.

Normalised content

One schema for hotels, rooms, boards, cancellation penalties and fees. Supplier HTML is stripped to plain text.

Transparent pricing

Supplier net, included taxes, your markup and pay-at-property fees, all in integer minor units. Nothing is hidden.

Safe booking lifecycle

Prebook, then book with an idempotency key. Timeouts become a reconcilable unknown status, never a silent duplicate.

Partial results

When a supplier fails you still get everyone else's inventory, plus a clear supplier_status for the one that failed.

Booking servicing

Retrieve, refresh and cancel through one API, with supplier fees and refunds recorded on the booking.

Usage analytics

Agencies see searches and bookings. Suppliers see lookups, conversion and booking value by agency.

Tenant security

Hashed keys and sessions, CSRF protection, throttled sign-in, an audit log and strict per-tenant isolation.

Credentials never leave us

Supplier credentials stay server-side in environment secrets. Agencies only ever hold their own Connector keys.

Hashed at rest

API keys and session tokens are stored as SHA-256. Passwords use PBKDF2 with 600,000 iterations.

Isolation by default

Every booking, key and report is scoped to one organisation. Another tenant's ids simply don't exist for you.

Hardened sessions

HttpOnly, SameSite cookies, CSRF tokens on every write, and idle plus absolute expiry.

Abuse controls

Sign-in throttling, sign-up limits, request body caps and strict Content-Security-Policy.

Full audit trail

Sign-ins, key changes, distribution changes and approvals are logged with actor, time and IP.
